• NEW LOCAL TOUR PERMIT (pdf)  This is the new local tour permit. The old form will not be accepted after June 1, 2008. Get the new form in circulation and begin using it. This new form is in a pdf format that allows you to ‘fill in the blanks’ electronically and then e-mail the form to the council office. Completed tour permits should be e-mailed to pasipe@bsamail.org . Forms should still be submitted two weeks prior to the trip. (Remember if your trip is over 500 miles, a National Tour Permit is required.)
